I went home from school hungry as fuck and looked for some food. Nothing. That’s fine. Looked in the cupboard. Checked the oatmeal tins .

THERE ARE NO OATS!!!!!!

No old-fashioned oats, no quick-cook, not even the instant oats. What crisis has befallen in the Wheelerguy household?

So what? Oats are a good snack item. Make chocolate milk with syrup and boiling hot milk, then pour on oats. Then add shitty MILO balls cereal or Cookie Crisp as the sweetener. Fuck yes.

T he number one thing I asked for after seeing The Last Jedi (I thought it was great , sue me) was a Soul Calibur -like fighting game with a full Star Wars roster. Badly. Please.

You seriously underestimate how much less money our family has . We’re better off than most of the urban poor, but we’re not THAT well-off, and my aunt’s stroke put a major dent in our budget.

Steel-cut oats is fancy food, and that is a goddamn luxury in the Philippines.
